“I have been officially offered the Lancaster Farmland Trust position for their municipal outreach coordinator! A REAL, full-time, permanent job! Full benefits, 401k plan, 10 year loan forgiveness…the works! I am so so thrilled! On my first day, I’ll be accompanying the Deputy Director to a conservation easement meeting with an Amish family in their home. I’ll be working with both local governments and farmers advocating for different types of farmland preservation. Total dream job!”
